Currently AI doesn’t produce new ideas. It generates ideas based on the human created content that has been fed in. The current tech hallucinates often and shouldn’t be trusted for critical problems. Periodically scientists will review hundreds of papers to pull learnings like you have suggested. I don’t know how much effort is going into stuttering or whether this is being done.
