Disclose as part of your introduction. Maybe even your first sentence. Mention how it makes you more tolerant of others differences, patient, whatever. Be light/humorous about it, and mention one small way you compensate. In the eyes of a *good* supervisor, It will make you stick out positively! I’m saying this as someone who, on my own initiative, took a medical leave in part bc my dysfluency had become so bad. Bonus - disclosing can make your blocks less blocky. Try it!
