I have dated people for 6+ months where they had no idea I stuttered at all. Now in your case, about your vows, this is easy to navigate as the words are already pre planned. Like this is something you write yourself yeah? Why not write a first draft, read it and look out for the bumps (these are what I call words/consonants/vowels that more often than not would bring up a stutter). After you find out the bumps, find synonyms you can use in their place. if this doesn’t work , we can try another thing.
