Having confidence helps but won’t truly solve the problem. You stutter because you think about the words you want to say. You think about them so much that you start getting anxious saying those words then you try to force them out. That’s why you stutter. If you can think of anything else while talking besides those words you’re planning in your head you won’t stutter
