Actually im not suffering from anxiety . Its the horrible speech blocks which are making me worried. I also used to take alp occasionally because I do have event based anxiety just how you mentioned but when i consulted the psychiatrist it got me on alp and I dont have anxiety generally but bad adhd symptoms which they are terming as anxiety. And yes my stuttering got worse after 2.5 weeks of continous use of alp. Also can you better define the term body tension?. I didnt get it
