that depends how we define stuttering imo. Let's take me as an example as I can speak only for myself: I stutter only at the beginning of a word, if it starts with certain letters like W, V, P, T etc. As soon as this first letter is out, the rest comes fluent until the next word with such a first letter comes. Now, having a big pool of words in my language, I can change words on the fly in order to speak more or less fluent and avoid those first letters. Now let's go back to my first sentence regarding the definition of stuttering in this context: did I effectively stutter? No. Did my stuttering influenced how and what I speak indirectly? Yes.
