This could be your spot. Though I have gotten a PM or two trying to turn me onto some therapy or course after I said “I couldn’t control my stutter.” or something along those lines. Its always about breathing. I do probably hold my breath too much. I personally have found the most control in accepting my stutter and accepting that there will never be a cure. I have no more time or energy to devote to reducing it. While there may be two dueling ideologies here: acceptance and treatment, everyone is usually going to be super understanding and emphatic either way as we all def know the grind of being unable to say what you mean. You say what you can, in a long drawn out meandering kind of way.
