You can try to tackle this from the other direction. You feel tired everyday, think of things that give you energy. Maybe you need to eat more or better food, sleep more, exercise, maybe you are missing some nutrients (low b12, iron, vitamin d can all make you feel lethargic). Speaking from personal experience. I still find it exhausting to talk a lot, but at some point I realized that I also wasn’t eating enough and exercising my mind and body. Millions of people who don’t stutter also feel drained and fatigued every day, it’s pretty common. But even outside of speech there are many ways you can make yourself feel better!
