I tend to stutter less in other languages. I'm french and speak spanish and english. I almost never stutter in those languages, even when I lived in a spanish-speaking country and speak it way more than my mother tongue. I think, in my case, I feel way more comfortable in spanish because I learn the language way later, in my 20s. French is the language of my childhood, when I didn't feel accepted and couldn't find my place. On the other hand, I learnt spanish and english to study and work in a field I like. Speaking those languages makes me proud of myself and my current life, so I'm more calm and focused on what I'm saying
