One thing I've found helpful with phone calls is to treat \*just making the phone call\* like an accomplishment. Afterward, I really pat myself on the back for "doing a hard thing." Sometimes I even dance around the room (or force my dog to dance with me). 😂 It doesn't matter if I stuttered terribly during the phone call (forget about that! doesn't matter!). Just calling is an accomplishment. This helped shift my focus away from fluency and toward bravery, which gave me more confidence, which made the phone calls a little easier. I hope this helps, even if just a little bit!
