Yes my main stammer is blocks and the diaphragmatic breathing excersises and the generally taking a light breath before saying a word that you fear/block on has helped me a lot. I’ve found that the more I’ve practiced and put myself out of my comfort zone it has improved my confidence and in turn my stammer has decreased and fluency increased
