Unfortunately not. I've spoken with 3 managers about my concerns. One said to focus on what I can control and ignore the rest, which was fine. The 2nd and 3rd one told me about well being time which is a further set amount of time that I can take offline if I'm struggling more which is nice but would've been useful to know sooner. In saying that, I don't know how useful that'll be because taking a break doesn't always reduce the stutter. It fluctuates, you know. I don't know how others stutters are but mine is quite mild but fluctuates and is wildly inconsistent. I had a meeting today and they said if I'm struggling with one particular call stream they can take me off it but it's not just one call stream, it's all of them. They can offer retraining if I need it but I don't know how that'd help a stutter I've struggled with for most of my life lol
