It’s so important to surround yourself with people who make you feel good. So that’s #1. The more comfortable you are around others, the easier (I say this lightly) it’ll be to be fluent. I like to kind of “melt my words” together to help my fluency and clarity. Slowing down your words as well helps. It takes practice! I also like to read out loud at night. It exercises my mouth and I’m able to read fluently while I read aloud by myself which helps my self-esteem (especially before bed) I go to sleep more soundly. I hope this helps. Just know you are not alone
