Walking back and forth helps me on phone calls. Also if the first word of the call is the hardest, write down hello or hi on a piece of paper and read it to start (I never stutter if I’m reading something). I used this in a customer service job and had an introductory line I read every time and that strategy never failed me. Good luck out there
