I recently used oviation vr, it has a 7 free day trail. It gives you real time feedback related to your speech techniques. It doesnt need to be a high end pc, i have it with a 7thgen intel and a 1070 gtx nvidia card and it runs pretty good. The rift cost about 200 used. I think they are making a better simulation for the oculus quest vr. It has potential I believe, for stutters and non stutterers. For real time interactions, there are the vrchat rooms, kinda like a sims video game where you chat with strangers
