No, it's from my dad's side he stutters, his sister, his dad and other people on his side. My moms side is fluent. Yeah maybe she feels that way but it's no reason to put your daughter down like that. I'll say that to her when we talk next, hopefully she listens this time. I'm continuing to try to find a therapy at the moment :) I'm very grateful to find this group and read posts and make my own when needed. You guys are so kind and it's nice to know others stutter. No one does in my town, just my family and I kind of feel like a freak sometimes lol
