no you shouldn't resign. You might think god is punishing you, but he can also be helping you however you just don't see it yet. I would say so what if you stutter, take all the time that you need with your stutter, we have a disability and we shouldn't be expected to talk as everybody else. So take your time and stutter as much as you want
