I think it very much varies on the individual on how confident they feel with their stutter that others would prefer to not let their stutter define them and still work in hospitality for example regardless of not caring less what other people will think, whereas others would very much prefer to keep very much behind the scenes. I would assume for 'non-talky' roles then something like working on spreadsheets in an admin or accounting based role, writing, blogging, managing a company's social media, etc.
