i sympathize. have you tried looking for a speech therapist with a different approach than the one you are seeing? it is difficult to make progress if the only thing the therapist is focusing is on strategies. there is a whole iceberg that deserves attention in stuttering. also, have you checked to see if there is a national stuttering support group in your area? it really helps to talk to others going through their experiences
