The hardest thing for a stutterer is to not think of your speech impediment in that kind of situations. But I don't struggle that much myself in interviews anymore because I think more on my appearance, are my hands sweaty when I shake their hand. Am I prepared for the questions to come. Same thing when I talk to girls, how do I look, am I funny, am I interesting. Rarely is my first thought before I speak on my own impediment nowadays. This is difficult to start with today when you are so focused on your own speech, but in time, week after week you start to shift to other things to worry about as most people do when they socialize with others. One last thing to mention as many others have talked about what may aid you is to get enough sleep. I feel a big difference in my speech if I didn't get enough sleep the night before. I myself try to get at least 7 1/2h or 8h sleep and I often struggle to fall asleep so usually I lay in bed 9 hours to get my 8 hour sleep.
