I relate to you very well. I used to try and control it and get upset if it got worse on certain days, but after a while I just learned to let go more and to speak with a stutter anyways. Letting go and not really caring what people think about my stutter and just speaking more freely has actually improved my speech over time. I think that happened because if you worry about your stuttering then you’re going to be more anxious about it which makes the stuttering worse and it’s just a negative feedback loop. Speak freely even with a stutter
