Work has been a little awkward due to everything you wrote. I just pretend that everyday is a new first day and I can't expect anything out of it.. I did meet a coworker who's good to me, and I always tell him how much I appreciate him for the help he provides.. our (this forum) sucks but I think being good to ourselves leads to good things regardless of what we're going through... Sometimes we have really bad moments like I was having when I wrote this... but people like yourself, the people who commented and my coworker makes things much better.
