I was one of the kids where no therapy helped at all. Heck, I really didn't even understand why I was in therapy until middle school. I didn't really notice my stutter because until I had encountered a few bullies, most people would overlook it, ignore it, not even acknowledge it. I guess not being conscious of it helped me remain as social as a regular kid could be. If she's ever having a bad stutter, don't pay it any mind.... Most of us hate it when it'd pointed out because it's already obvious, but just keep going. I do hope she can kick it but if she's anything like I was, just continue being a great mom and giving her the love and attention she needs and she will grow up fine! I always remind myself a lot of us are struggling with our own things. Some people are okay, then some people are beyond sick struggling with diseases, some people are homeless, etc., so this is what I get to deal with. I never let it get in my way of having a good life.
