Stutterting just describe the sympton but the real situation is the block. People who stutter feel´s a block when they have to perfomance. The most common escenario is when talking. Then comes the second part. What people do when they feel the block is coming. There are two options: either go **through** the block and get into repetitions or try to **avoid** it and say for example, substitute words, or act ignorance or just stay quiet until you feel the tension relieve. Some people define stuttering as everthing you do while trying not to stutter. Meaning that when you feel the block you inmeadiately try to resist or fight it just making it worst. In my opnion the block is just a thought and thought are not real. They can´t harm you. You just have to notice and the fear will go off. It´s a very basic question and yet so interesting and complex. In my opinion is the start point to the way of fluency. Good work
