Does anyone else go through phases?

Does anyone else go through phases? Mild stutterer here. I’m 17. In October/November I thought I finally outgrew my stutter. I was barely doing it. But now it’s back and it’s bad. My whole life I’ve been going through these stupid 3 month phases. But even in the heat of my phases, I NEVER stutter no matter how hard I try when I talk to myself. Anyone else relate?
