Anyone else struggle with ordering food but is completely fine elsewhere?

Anyone else struggle with ordering food but is completely fine elsewhere? Like, I can talk with strangers and everything but something about ordering food gets me all tense. Even on my way to the counter I'm calm but the second I get asked what's my order I forget how to speak lol.
