Hey very encouraging story. If you’re willing to share, can you please list a few underlying beliefs that you corrected during therapy, and how that influenced the way you feel in social situations? Also, in general how do you feel emotional abuse or even negative self-talk keeps stuttering alive? And so you feel that stuttering is kept alive by layers of negative experiences, and if you can deconstruct them to the core, is that the only way to heal? Thanks for sharing.
