I was in speech therapy my whole life. Never did it with anyone else in the room though. It was always me and the professional. And there’s no treating stuttering. You can learn techniques to help with stuttering, and sometimes to even build confidence, but there’s no treating it. I don’t feel all the years I went were helpful, but I did learn some techniques.
