Hello, Stuttering is a very complex disorder and every person who stutters is unique. The amount of dysfluencies in your speech related to stuttering can be affected by many thing; chemicals, fatigue, anxiety, stress, neurotransmitters, etc. I would not say “neurological damage” as it most likely relates to many aspects of your current state of functional both physically and mentally.
