I have good days and bad days, for sure. It can depend on many things; how much sleep I got the night before, my mood and who I'm talking to for example. Take some time to relax. Mentally tell yourself to unclench your jaw, relax your neck and shoulders if you feel they're tight. Drink some water and take some breaths to get back in the right frame of mind. I'm 23 and I deal with a lot of calls, face to face conversations and pressure in my job. When I'm struggling and I need a few minutes, I go for a walk or sit somewhere I can have privacy to relax my jaw, stretch and get my head right.
