Something I don't understand about this sub.

Something I don't understand about this sub. Alot of people here say shit like "oh I stutter but I still have the confidence to talk and socialize". But my question is, isn't it painful? Like literally my chest and throat clogs up my face starts twitching and then to add insult to injury people start looking at me funny. Look im glad you guys are confident but sometimes I wonder if the people who say that have less severe stutter than I do...
