You have to make sound in the block. You're afraid to make the sound because you don't want to stutter and you don't like how it will sound. Making sound is the only way to move through a block. Pushing or forcing is not the recommended way to do this. Also you won't be able to do this on hard or scary blocks. You need to start working on this on the easiest/safest situations where you still may block. You can't immediately start on lvl 100.
