Joe Biden stuttering problem

Joe Biden stuttering problem Joe Biden has openly addressed his issues with stuttering and as someone who has been a life long stutterer I am able to relate to some of the things he says. I was wondering if anyone thinks that Joe’s stuttering is why he is always saying weird things or another reason. For example last night he was reciting the statement “all men are created equal” from the deceleration of independence and before he said equal he went off and said you guys know what the saying is. I’ve done similar things when i know I’m going to stutter, what do you think?
