Does anyone else stutters in this specific situation?

Does anyone else stutters in this specific situation? I've been stuttering since I can remember but thankfully in the last few years I have improved a lot, at the point that I'm very fluent with people who are very close to me with this exception: **I've noticed that I stutter the most when trying to tell an anecdote or when I try to paraphrase something someone else said.** I wonder if this is a common thing among other people who stutter or someone has any input / theory on why this happens. English is not my main language. I appreciate the comments in advance.
