I don´t know what the original post said, since it was deleted. But i have also been doing Nofap on and off for the last year. I usually go about 1-3 weeks without fapping and then relapsing and fapping to my hearts content for about a week. I also feel that my stutter and my confidence improves a bit without all the fapping. I would definitely recommend all Sutterers to give Nofap a chance for a week or so, i usually feel the effect after about 4 days. Don´t see where all the hate comes from, good post wmr97!
