I misarticulate La sound as Ra

I misarticulate La sound as Ra It messes up my whole speech, i try to not stutter but when word with La sound came my speech become totally mess up. I misarticulate La as Ra and in order to pronounce it correctly it add up more pressure and my Stutter become bad Anyone else who struggle same, and how to be better
