Video Interview

Video Interview I’ve had a few video interviews in the past couple months and I have failed them all. I start off reasonably well but end up getting blocks and stuttering. This is also accompanied by me grimacing as I try to get through the block, not a pretty sight let me tell you haha. This is an issue when my answers are timed to 30 seconds to a minute. I want to know if anybody has any tips on how to deal with video interviews and if I should mention my stutter at the beginning.
