Stuttering and stress are related because when you stutter , you feel stressed about your future and also what you will do in your life with this stuttering that is blocking you from everything you want to do . I understand you very much. And this is a device from someone who is still suffering from stuttering, but he is following a healing process from it The more you stress about it , the more it happens. So, focus on a relaxation exercise because comparing to fluent people The only difference between us and them are relaxing our speaking organs while speaking That's it if we learn how to relax our organs.While speaking, we will achieve the normal person fluency.
