Progress in research towards stuttering recovery - STEP 3: Explaining what exactly 'triggers' stuttering We (the Reddit community) seem to desire more research progress. Here's my progress in research towards stuttering recovery. This is a follow-up on [step 2](https://new.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/1cmyrlp/progress_in_research_towards_stuttering_recovery). **Step 3:** I've summarized all the psychological concepts - that trigger stuttering based on 50+ research studies/books. You can download the full compilation here: [PDF document in Google Drive](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tN5jODLWiMp2F0Xd8H4a_LmXYYmBz1IB/view?usp=sharing). **TL;DR summary:** If you’ve ever wondered how exactly stuttering is triggered. I’ve pulled together a lot of research to try and explain it. I turned it into a single PDF document so you can check it out if you’re interested. Thanks for reading this! Firstly, I'm curious about what you think and whether any of it resonates with your experiences. Secondly, I look forward to hearing your thoughts and discussing how to proceed from here - to continue progress towards stuttering recovery \~ my fellow stutterers
