This hurts to read and I can only imagine the pain it must be to experience this. Don't take these experiences as a limiting factor for you, you need to find a way to be at peace with your stutter, don't fight it, try to accept it and be open to ways to mitigate it enough to have meaningful connections and work. Add filler words, pause to say "ummm", go talk to strangers-ask for directions, look people in the eye and talk with your belly or the edge of the back of your teeth clenched. Be very resourceful in managing your stutter, I'm sorry you're going through all these but the life of a stutterer is one filled with moments where you'll fail to meet society's expectation for speaking clearly, find your own ways to communicate and be very adaptive, you need to make very good decisions in how to do this so your quality of life improves, I can tell you have faced hell from people and co-workers who might deem you incompetent, ignore them, you're there to get the bag, be as arrogant as your skills allow you to be when it's time to show it, but be humble to express yourself without the worry of the stutter at the back of your head. Get into karoake, sing songs, go to a restaurant order food, just make sure you're adapting your speech till you get to a level where even though you stutter you can alleviate it's intensity or quickly recover, you can also get a recorder and playback your difficult interactions. Never give up.
