I work at a food retailer and to be perfectly honest, my stutter has improved tremendously. I still get nervous when interacting with people, but I try and not let my stutter interfere as much. We have a lot of regulars and I'm sure some have picked up on my stutter, but none of them give a shit. So really, will the job suck starting out? Probably, but you *will*, across time, improve and it will get easier. Like I said, some days are better than others, but that conditioning of being around people and interacting with them will open up your shell. Good luck man!
