That makes a lot of sense. Also what the other commenter said about not fighting it and letting it happen. If you can get into the headspace of not caring if it happens and just accepting it and moving on (a very difficult thing for someone who does care and doesn’t accept themselves as they are), that would probably make this much easier. Even if it doesn’t fix the block, it might reduce the anxiety, because what is there to be anxious about if you don’t care?
