In all honesty I would give a way more than 6 inches of my height. I am well over 6 foot 6 as it is. I had this conversation with a man I knew who was blind. I told him flat out that I would trade this speech impediment of mine for blindness, paralysis or the inability to use any of my other senses. To me, not having the ability to properly convey what I truly want to say is the most crippling handicap of all!
