I work in advertising as a copywriter and used to run radio recordings pretty regularly. I always got frustrated because I could do the lines perfectly in my head but had to coach voice talent in more of a roundabout way because I could never fluently give feedback. The results were always good but it was so annoying to not just be able to guide a line and have to talk in terms of inflections and pauses instead.
