You're not going to want to practice it because you don't want to do it. And it's not because you're lazy, it's because it sucks and nobody actually wants to talk like that. Also it doesn't work. When you really need to use it it will fail you. Trying to control your stuttering fuels the fight against it. The work to learn how to stop fighting and let it be is what will give you the freedom and comfort you want. It's very hard but at least its aligned with who you are as opposed to fighting a part of who you are.
