Maybe the best approach is “negative practice”—intentionally stuttering so you desensitize yourself to the fear of stuttering. Stuttering is far more than just “psychological,” but the psychological is usually a big part of it. If you can talk to yourself alone without stuttering than obviously stress and anxiety are playing a big role.
