I did do that but here in India its not recognized even as a disability - I think they miss the fine line between speech impediment , stutter out of nervousness and genuine stutter- Not only that no Education code has been codified as a standard for taking admissions for people with stuttering at least in this part of the country so I don't have a choice + I don't really expect to hear much back from the Dorks at that institution may it be the Dean , Registrar and Admissions officer so pretty much 'game-over' for me unfortunately ( for ref- I have a document assigned by a Prof. at a govt. institute thus can be taken into sense but they don't process it apparently and even if they do it's last at pecking order and doesn't make much difference )
