OP cut that friend off. L manz right there. On the stuttering thing I had a similar experience with a presentation in high school and I have stuttering blocks so I blocked damn near on every word and one word was so bad I whistled. This didn’t stop me though I took it as a change to be better. Just today I woke up and meditated focusing on my breath inhale through nose hold for a lil and exhale to help calm me and I delivered a flawless presentation today with no blocks. That’s the key for me honestly to meditate for 30 mins start of the day for calm situations and also I got a tip from the app StopStutter(check it out) to say positive affirmations as well. I hope what I said helps.
