Thanks for the input! I happened to see him a couple more times and he seemed quite friendly and extended the conversation beyond what he had to, which was great. I didn't bring up stuttering and don't think I would in the future. Little too much risk of being awkward or potentially hurtful for a young person. Interestingly, I had someone I interviewed tell their SO, who stutters, about me, and that person met up with me to talk about it. When I was younger, I felt really weird whenever I met another stutterer in real life. It was like crossing into a parallel universe and almost creeped me out in a strange way. It can be such a personal problem.
