Exactly right and the same here! Just like everything freezes up. I notice too that my whole body freezes as I get stuck and if I try to force it, it just makes it worse. Like not only my speech has froze but my body and movements have also. Strange feeling and unbearable at times. Makes you feel pretty stupid and weird I imagine from the outsider’s perspective.
